Brandon Beverly

President

Brandon Beverly has been part of Interior Electric for as long as he can remember, having grown up in the family business and officially joining full time in 2003. He began his career in the field as an apprentice and, through years of hands-on experience and leadership, advanced into his current role as President.

With a lifetime in the electrical industry, Brandon brings a broad range of experience across complex commercial and industrial work. He specializes in medical facilities, manufacturing, 12kV infrastructure, cogeneration, and solar projects. As President, Brandon oversees the company’s overall direction, operations, strategic growth, client relationships, and project execution, helping ensure Interior Electric continues to deliver high-quality work while building strong, long-term partnerships.

Brandon values the opportunity to lead a company with deep family roots while continuing to push it forward. He takes pride in supporting the team, strengthening the business, and finding new ways to improve operations and expand capabilities.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys golfing, attending sporting events, spending time with his dogs, and hunting. His mix of industry knowledge, leadership, and competitive drive continues to shape the vision and growth of Interior Electric.

Chad Stewart

Vice President & Senior Project Manager

Chad Stewart joined Interior Electric in 1985 as an Electrician and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 1995. When Integrated Energy Systems was established, Chad was promoted to Vice President. He is responsible for the oversight of the general construction division. Some of his duties include supervision of Project Managers and their activities, project budgeting, cost control, quality control, and construction scheduling to ensure delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget. Chad has over 24 years of experience in the electrical field and is a Licensed California Electrical Contractor. He is married and enjoys spending time with his 3 children.

Michael Duran

Project Manager

Michael Duran joined Interior Electric in November 2010, starting as a solar installer and working his way up to Project Manager. Over the years, he has built a strong background managing commercial and industrial projects, with a focus on keeping jobs on track, organized, and running efficiently.

With more than 15 years in the electrical industry, Michael brings valuable field experience and leadership to the team. He is a State General Electrician and a T-24 Acceptance Technician, and he takes pride in doing things right the first time. He also values the variety of work at Interior Electric, which keeps every project challenging and rewarding.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors camping, fishing, hiking, and riding off-road toys. He is always looking for ways to improve Interior Electric and support the team.

Andy Lopez

Senior Estimator

Andy Lopez joined Interior Electric in 2001, beginning his career with the company as an Electrical Apprentice and growing into his current role as Senior Estimator. With decades of hands-on industry experience, he plays an important role in helping projects move smoothly from early planning through handoff.

With 33 years in the electrical industry, Andy specializes in office tenant improvement projects. His responsibilities include estimating projects, conducting job walks, supporting design-build work, coordinating project handoffs, and assisting with project engineering. He is also a California Certified Journeyman.

Andy enjoys the flexibility and continued opportunity for growth that come with working at Interior Electric. Outside of work, he enjoys off-roading, camping, and spending time with his grandkids.

Jonathan Beverly

Estimator

Jonathan Beverly joined Interior Electric in August 2018, starting out as an electrical apprentice before moving into his current role as an Estimator. His background in the field gives him a practical understanding of project scope, helping him prepare accurate and competitive bids that align with real-world installation requirements.

With eight years in the electrical industry, Jonathan specializes in tenant improvements, medical office and patient care facilities, relights, ROM costs, and preliminary budgets. His responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, specifications, and drawings, performing quantity takeoffs for materials, fixtures, wiring, and related components, and developing detailed project cost estimates. He has also completed NEC update training.

Jonathan enjoys seeing his bids turn into real projects that perform well and help support the company’s continued growth. He values working with a strong team of project managers, field crews, and subcontractors to keep projects moving smoothly from estimate to execution.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys golfing, attending live sporting events and concerts, and getting out hunting whenever he can.

Kathleen Baumann

Accounting Manager

Kathleen Baumann joined Interior Electric on January 26, 2004, and has been a key part of the company’s growth and day-to-day operations ever since. She began her career with Interior Electric handling accounts payable, purchase orders, phones, and timecard entry, and over the years has grown into her current role as Accounting Manager.

With 22 years in the electrical industry, Kathleen manages the accounting department and helps oversee office operations, playing an essential role in keeping Interior Electric running smoothly. Her long-standing experience, reliability, and attention to detail make her an important part of the team. She also holds OSHA 30 certification and is a Notary Public.

What Kathleen enjoys most about working at Interior Electric is the family-oriented atmosphere. Even after more than two decades with the company, she still enjoys coming to work and being part of the team.

Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys concerts, beach time, and good food, and every year she looks forward to cheering on the Cubs in hopes of a World Series run and the Bears in hopes of a Super Bowl appearance.

Cynthia Lobue

Controller

Cynthia Lobue joined Interior Electric on October 12, 2015, and has served as Controller since joining the company. In her role, she oversees accounting operations and is responsible for financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, audit coordination, and staff management.

With 11 years of experience in the electrical industry, Cynthia brings strong financial leadership and consistency to the accounting team. Her background includes a BA in Business Administration, and she is also an Enrolled Agent (EA).

Cynthia enjoys working with the great team at Interior Electric and values being part of a strong, supportive workplace. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, going to the theatre and concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

Lynn Hale

Accounts Payable

Lynn Hale joined Interior Electric in December 2021 and has been an important part of the office team ever since. In her role as Accounts Payable, she helps keep daily operations running smoothly by handling vendor invoice entry, processing timecards, matching checks, reconciling vendor statements, scanning documents, and answering phones.

With four years of experience in the electrical industry, Lynn brings reliability, organization, and consistency to the accounting side of the business. She enjoys the friendly atmosphere at Interior Electric and values being part of a supportive team.

Outside of work, Lynn enjoys reading, attending her granddaughters’ sports and dance events, and spending time playing cards and golf with family and friends.

Faith Rodriguez

Project Coordinator / Purchasing Agent

Faith Rodriguez joined Interior Electric on January 28, 2025, and serves as a Project Coordinator and Purchasing Agent. In her role, she supports project operations by ordering materials for foremen, creating and sending submittals, coordinating scheduling, tracking submittal status across multiple projects, approving invoices, and monitoring package deliveries.

With two years in the electrical industry, Faith has experience in wire makeup and creating submittals. She also holds an ET License, adding to the practical knowledge she brings to the team.

Faith enjoys the fast-paced environment at Interior Electric and values working closely with her team. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing and watching good movies.
